We hope you love your Flow Stories piece — each item is made with care and intention. However, if something isn't quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us at hanakamhoot1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hanakamhoot1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
